These somewhat confusing indirect trains will be a minor tourism boom for Winschoten, with German tourists wondering why Groningen is smaller than they remembered.
@Pepijn on weekdays only the first two trains from Groningen and the last two trains from Leer are direct trains, at all other times a change in Winschoten is needed with not that excellent connections. On weekends there is a direct train Leer - Groningen all day.
