We have tools of tremendous power which are going away. Acceptance needed.
And tools of modest power with which we need to become familiar again. Curiosity needed.

The issue, bluntly, is that well... unilateral disarmament just doesn't work. With a lot of the energy transition stuff, as with everything, the likely outcome of not using said tools of tremendous power is being ground under the boot of the people who keep using them.
@iris_meredith yes that happens and will happen for sure. People will find their own settlement with that. I have a sense of what mine is. We’ll see if it lasts I guess
