So when is USPS on the list. First class mail has traditionally been used for criminal messaging because of it's privacy provisions.

@eff It would have been scary three years ago or so. In a corrupt kleptocratic dictatorship, this is just obvious.
"Terrorism" is just the new communism or heresy. It means nothing, other than the corrupt regime having a problem with it.
If you live in such a state and are not considered aligned with terrorism, you're part of the regime.
