Working my way through the nicely written native emacs tutorial.
Hoping to get to the bit soon where I can make it look less ugly.

@urlyman I have some settings in my init.el for that 😊 also the 'spacious-padding' package looks good, I find.
Emacs is just so huge, I really don't know how I'd go about learning it again, if I needed to. I think spending time with elisp helped me.
You'll get there!
