If it's anything like Illinois, he's working same job 2 counties over.
"resigned" means none of this shit shows up in a background check
nothing will get better until we stop letting people "resign" and start putting them in jail for crimes

@404mediaco Obviously, never trust anyone who is above the law. But doubly don't trust cops with awards. The purpose of the award is launder the image of especially bad cops, for the media and for the courts.
