@rebane2001 https://blog.google/security/advancing-protection-in-chrome-on/ attack surface reduction, apparently, and now they're doing it by default, which feels pretty wild
I guess it doesn't impact googles ideal user, who only goes to 2 websites which are both operated by google
@halcy @rebane2001 My interpretation is that their goal is to make their competitors’ sites perform worse by exploiting their near monopoly in the browser market
