I looked up #DollyParton's #ImaginationLibrary to make a donation in her memory and learned some things I didn't know before:
💖 It's not just in the US! It also operates in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Éire, Canada and Australia.
💖 So you can donate in any of those currencies.
💖 If it operates in your country you can sign up to be a local coordinator recruiting children in your community.
💖 If you donate you get a copy of a lovely warm thank you letter from Dolly.

yeah, Wirral libraries here in UK run an imagination library and have a life size cardboard cutout of dolly in central library in Birkenhead. it's one of Wirral's many lovely attractions, well worth a visit.
Éire is the Republic of Ireland, by the way.

(I didn't bother trying to donate before today because I heard the number of visits after her passing had taken it down temporarily, and that makes me happy too)
@afewbugs wow, that's actually news to me. I thought it was just US, too.
I can't donate, but I can certainly make it more visible in my inner-city diverse community. I'll take to the head of admin at the school tomorrow to make sure they're aware that it does include Australia
