Cause identified: unannounced infrastructure maintenance at the data center affecting one rack. Now, I'm attempting to get a timeline for restoration.
App Server 14 is back online.
Still down: App Server 13 and App Server 17
The data center confirmed an emergency repair of the cooling infrastructure in one rack.
Since one of the servers is back online, I am hoping that this will be resolved before the estimated 14:00 UTC today: https://network.status-ovhcloud.com/incidents/yv14sb941hx2
All servers are back online. Things might feel slow for a bit, and federation will take a while to catch up as queued messages are processed, but everything should gradually return to normal.
