Tuta deleted my account because I didn't log in for 6 month. Now I need the account to receive an OTP.
6 Months really? That's bullshit. Not gonna use Tuta again, neither gonna recommend it to anyone.
Utterly Disappointed.

What could possibly be the reason for not using an email service for 6 months?😃 In this case, I think it's really unfair of you to blame the company. After a long break, I bought a paid account 3 days ago and I'm very satisfied. I've started using Tuta for all my official tasks. The deletion of your account is entirely due to your own actions.

@mortal_engine Hi there. Please note that we make it clear in our terms of service upon signup for Tuta Mail that free accounts will be deleted, in the case of 6 months inactivity. This deletion due to inactivity is only for free accounts. We have this policy in place to help clear up space and it enables us to continue to offer a private email service for free to others globally.
