The only unrealistic part of “Reacher” is he can go into a random thrift store and get clothes that fit.

@mitch Finding bubba-wear shirts is a possibility since people often discard too-big clothes.
But pants with his inseam? Um, probably not in most of the parts of the country he's depicted in.
