The reality that I suspect Canadians know, that your starfucker lib media does not understand, is that Carney is not a wartime leader. He is a reluctant combatant. He tried very hard to give Trump everything he wanted and you're probably already locked into a bunch of unfair long term agreements re: your oil, water, and lumber, nevermind the entire "sell my entire country to AI Tech Bro Nazi billionaires" plan he's going full steam ahead.
Carney is "the guy" purely because Trump wants Canada.

Which to be clear is not me saying "he will not fight." Clearly he will. Clearly there is a line where Carney is like "naw fuck that I don't care how many times Mr. Wonderful sends me an angry text we're not agreeing to that."
But the reality is he was forced here because Trump wants to run Canada like he runs Latin American countries we rig elections in.
I get why Canadians are nervous, and I also get why they don't have a choice - which must make the Carney worship bloody surreal for them.
