Their whole premise is that X gave up their trademarks when they stopped using the brand and discouraged everyone from using it. They might have some legal standing for it, based on trademark policies.

plus that "trust" system is the cringe that is ruining all the other social media, the social score. so they will achieve nothing.
@bobmagicii Oh. I didn’t think of that as a strong Bible reference that indicated they were religious. The story of “David and Goliath” is fairly ingrained in our cultural mythos, that it’s almost like referring to Jason and the Argonauts.
@ramsey nobody casually brings up davie and goltrude without it being an intentional dog whistle. like whataburger having "in god we trust" in small print on the windows.
