@wlaatje unsurprisingly, america's non defensive military/piracy force is staffed by rapists who see rape as a workers comp issue. What a shock.
@wlaatje Pardon me for not looking up the statute and interpreting case law ... but doesn't this also require a finding that the rapist was acting within the scope of *his* duties?!
