Adopted BGContinuedProcessingTask for long running sync tasks like importing Spotify Playlists. I haven't seen it outside anywhere yet. Feels broken

@obrhoff I couldn't get it to work for @flowvibe 's sync, it also has some weirdness about running while the app is open. Maybe it got better in OS 27, need to test it again but I see that even Threads and Instagram are no longer using it, they just ask you to keep the app open.

@iamkonstantin @flowvibe I'm not done yet but I'm also sure its one of these things were you suffer to debug it since stuff only breaks when you are not connected through the debugger.

@obrhoff @flowvibe yes indeed, it's very annoying. Also... no macOS.
