Well, my humbugs aside - Dolly has literally obliterated the front page of almost every newspaper I read. Her passing is quite simply "the news."
Doubt you can say the same for many other people in history - including beloved and talented artists or musicians. This almost Elvis level news.
@AnarchoNinaWrites I suspect her 30+ year project the Imagination Library that's given a book a month to over 3 million kids and over 300 million books in total - has changed more lives for the better than most rich or famous people or politicians ever will. Not just the 3 million kids, but their parents and likely friends too. The earliest cohort are all voting adult age too...
