Honestly I hate when the news goes back to "normal." On any given day I can open up The Guardian's US imprint and 7 of the top 10 stories will be about Trump. There's no oxygen for anything else. Except? Every once in a while, usually while Trump is planning something big and especially fascist, the newspaper will go back to telling me about 29-toed cats in Wisconsin... and that makes me nervous.

If this were algorithmic social media I would assume that this was *obviously* "the algorithm".

@veronica_claire Dunno but I might have to take the L on that one cause I said he was definitely not dead - or rather that the proof of life photo was not fake, so that's the same thing.
