This whole thread is worth reading. God bless Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson for completely demonstrating how ridiculous the majority ruling was due to the fact that USPS had made a final decision.
(Sorry, had to pause in the midst of this thread).
The Elias Group did something clever and amusing. They filed both clean and a redlined copies of their proposed amended complaint. The Roberts Six ignored the fact that USPS had issued a final ruling on Friday — before the Six said Monday that that USPS had not acted definitively! The redlined version indicates how disingenuous the Six were. All that had to be added to the introduction is one short paragraph. 4/
