I ruined it. 90 seconds per side was too much.
@Drwave it was still pretty good, but it could have used half the time per side.
@Migueldeicaza oooof. Sorry. Had I seen your post earlier, I feel I could have warned you.
@octothorpe I think I know what happened - last time I got a thick cut from legal sea foods. This time I got it from the grocery store and the steak was a lot thinner. Oh well :-)
