Both Xcancel and Nitter have had cease and desist letter from Twitter. You can still follow Twitter account on Mastodon via account@bird.makeup and the like.

Anyone still on Twitter has made a choice to be there. I don't want to follow anyone who made that choice.
@GossiTheDog "You can still follow Twitter account on Mastodon". Sure, but why would you? If I wanted Nazi and Nazi-adjacent crap in my life, I'd have a Twitter account. That's one of the biggest reasons I'm on Mastodon - because it's not Twitter (or Bluesky).
