They should do a poll at the White House and see how many people get this right.
@Sheril I personally think a 'whoopsie' outage like in 2003, but controlled (kind of like they do in the series Silo) might catch people's attention. Even just for a few hours. (And fine, maybe this is too flippant, given it's life-threatening for some people, but that's not something that would cross this president's mind for even a half-second).
@Sheril part of the problem is that most northern states bordering Canada are on Trump’s enemy list.
