@jeffjarvis Because the Left is so far from the Right that the Times prefers be dominant.
Per NYT standard positioning -
If the Right is winning, it's because the Left didn't do their job and the poor innocent Right are victims.
If the Left is winning, it's because the Left is tricksy and the poor innocent Right are victims.
Good first step, pointing out that they are pushing a partisan agenda.
What I would love, love, love, (but am very unlikely to ever get), is attempts to answer the "why?". Pursue Times editors, ask them if they are aware they are doing it, present them with statistics about how R's trying to end abortion rights are never described as 'divisive', etc..
