@buffet incidentally "gumo" sounds like a polish word, the vocative of "guma" (rubber)
@buffet the vocative case is weird, it's used mostly when addressing someone directly. like if one was writing an ode to rubber, you could go "och gumo, jesteś ..." ("oh rubber, you are...")
alternatively if you wanted to call someone a rubber, you might say "ty gumo!" ("you rubber!"). not sure what that'd mean
