Of all the surprises "adulthood" has had in store for me, developing strong opinions about toilet seat brands is one of the funnier ones.

@cstanhope If you have an opinion on a brand that doesn't suck, I'm all ears. Had two in a row break in the same way.
@ieure My main lesson is a strong negative opinion about Bemis products. Multiple variants of theirs have all had issues in a short time frame and needed replacing. Kohler seems okay so far, but I don't have as long of an experience with them yet to know for sure.
