Trying to cancel and move various hotel bookings in Vancouver and the guy on the other end of the phone keeps calling me Bob and is more interested in me staying on the line to hear about offers and also wants to sign me up to their rewards program - "Bob" could not be less interested at this particular point in time in anything that isn't sorting out this clusterfuck that represents the start of this holiday.
