this isn't like #github, which is proprietary and doesn't have a host-it-yourself version
if you want a codeberg that allows vibe-coded software on it, you can make one, it's not a particularly heavyweight service and even a cheap VPS will be able to handle it (for a small team, at least), and there are lots of other public gitea or forĝejo instances out there
