One of the things I think the Star Wars franchise got right where others failed, was to recognise the enduring love for the design of the first films. The true art and effort that went into it all. Andor particularly for me returning to Mon Mothma and the rebels worked really well. Whereas the whatever the shit the new Superman films are just totally biffed it by trying to make everything super tech armour hard edges. What is more terrifying than Terence Stamp in a chiffon pantsuit?
@TheBreadmonkey I actually liked the krypton phase of the movie. The latter third had a lot of invulnerable super people pointlessly punching each other
@TheBreadmonkey aren't these fellas supposed to be strong? why do they need all that armor then?
@TheBreadmonkey Have you seen the NEW new Superman, from last summer? I think James Gunn gets it in a way that Snyder most definitely did not.
I didn't even understand it tbh. I think I need another watch.

One of these pics is of the next Eurovision entry, isn't it?
@TheBreadmonkey Terrance Stamp without the pantsuit?
A long time ago, when I worked in Soho, I wore one of these https://www.lastexittonowhere.com/catalogue/kneel-before-zod_16959/ to work. I was chatting to a colleague and I made the flippant claim that General Zod was Terence Stamp's finest hour, and she said no, that would be when she shagged him 🤷♀️
@TheBreadmonkey why do kryptonians need armor?
Zod me in the Phantom Zone
Rum Zodomy & the Lash.
@TheBreadmonkey One of my favourite Kylie tunes. 👍
