Qr codes are not a secure system. Stop using them.

Disable/remove stock app.
Add one that only displays the decoded text.
Never download program/app direct from QR or link. Go to proper site.
They had them for a while on Tesco fresh vegetables. Maybe people slipped in fake ones.
