Shout out to all the white people mad at Jasmine Crockett today for saying the obvious: that Black voters in Texas aren't excited for Talarico.

If you're not a Black person 🙋🏿‍♂️ that's lived in Texas 🙋🏿‍♂️ and suffered under Texas GOP and selfish Democratic policies 🙋🏿‍♂️ then I'm uninterested in your take.

I've been telling y'all what was going to happen in Texas for months. So don't act surprised. 🔮🧙🏿‍♂️

And yes, Talarico can still win! He just can't do it with record Black turnout. His strategy killed any hope of that. He has to find another way. Don't get mad at Crockett for saying the obvious.

@mekkaokereke Being mad at Crockett for calling out a critical weakness of the Talarico campaign is like being mad at a doctor for telling a patient to stop getting 95% of their calories from hot dogs.

Let's take a look at some of those Cornyn policies shall we?

Again, Texas is the state with *the most Black voters in the USA*.

This will cost Talarico many more votes than it will gain him.

It's 2026, and Dems are still discouraging their own base, to chase the mythical swing voters.🤷🏿‍♂️

I told y'all what Talarico needed to do to win: knock South Texas doors.

Talarico could still win!

But this is the hard way.

You're expecting Black women to vote for a guy whose policy advisor helped get 300,000 of them fired for racist reasons,

and Black men to vote for a guy whose policy advisor saw George Floyd and then helped work against civil rights leaders.

It's 2026, and white Dem politicians are still moving like all of those Black votes are locked in and automatic.

I'm here to tell you that they are not.🤷🏿‍♂️

This isn't a debate. This isn't an opinion poll. This isn't a discussion.

And again, Black people attend church more frequently and more regularly than any other Christian group in the US. Yes more than Hispanic people.

Texas has more Black churches than any other state. ~5000.

300 of those Black churches are over 100 years old.

So don't talk to me about religious Dems
