At some point paypal has become disconnected from the HB website.

To reconnect it, we have to 1) use google chrome 2) provide scans of my driver's license to paypal, 3) set up a biometric passkey

I won't do these things, so I can't reconnect Paypall to the HB website.

I'm *positive* there are other ways to do it, but the dark patterns really push this one.
