We have people here that commute into the city, by auto, maybe 2 hours or so each way because of traffic, and that’s on a good day. They get up at 4 or 5am to go to work. Unbelievably, they say they LIKE it because it gives them time to themselves 🤯.
@TheBreadmonkey I don't know. They were a pretty okay band.
But.. I love taking the SelfBus to work. Its just like taking the bus/tram/tube except:
- always guaranteed a seat
- can listen to tunes w/o headphones w/o being a jackass
- direct control over gas consumption; also own preference of fuel choices
- cupholders! USB charging for all of your devices!
- mobile, personal storage in your trunk and backseat
- flat-rate per family fares!
Yes, you do have to take direct management of SelfBus maintenance... and off-duty parking arrangements... and you have to drive the SelfBus... but really these are all duties that every SelfBus driving Bus Driver (tm) looks forward, so Im really not seeing any downsides here folks.
