Day umpteen of the 4G/LTE/Mobile outage in our area, and we understand the area affected is now increasing.
The engineer allegedly duly turned up at the single-point-of-failure site yesterday, but, again allegedly was turned back "as the landowner had not given permission." A new date has been set for 26th August. Why basic procedures don't seem to have been completed is baffling. Why it takes a week to get someone on site even more so.
