LanguageTool was a fantastic rule-based LGPL-licensed advanced spelling and grammar checker that worked in many languages.
It was much better than its competitor Grammarly in every imaginable way.
Then its developers changed it into "AI", and it started occasionally making languages mistakes.
And today they said that it will be available only for paying customers.
Who here knows Java well enough to fork it? It's still LGPL as far as I can see.
