Right thumb, first and middle fingers, and left thumb, first and middle fingers. Picked up a plate that was just in the oven with right hand, decided it was too hot so grabbed it out of my right hand with my left hand…
Left thumb and first finger. Cut on side of both when sharp knife slipped while chopping onions
Left wrist, caught a splash of hot dinner when I dropped the baking dish (which didn’t spill everywhere just splashed a few drops around)

Seriously though, if you can't chop an onion with your eyes closed you're doing it wrong
@bencourtice in this case, the top layer delaminated while I was cutting and the knife went into my fingers which were still holding on
