@marcoarment I see this every now and then and have for several years. It can happen to any app, but once I see it in one app, I can open any more app until I reboot despite the fact that open app continue to work fine. It sucks.
@marcoarment I used my Mac all after noon. The number of times I had to force quit safari, messages, notes, and other first party apps to fix bugs is a number much larger than zero.
@marcoarment I literally had this happen to me on Monday. Truly bizarre.
@marcoarment well, it’s not wrong
@marcoarment I get this sort of stuff all the time and I assume that somewhere a NeXTSTEP engineer is like “In my defense, I never thought this would ship…”
@marcoarment As far as I can tell, this is a 1Password thing. It happens on my Studio, but not my laptop (Studio has 1P, laptop does not).
I once woke my Studio from sleep and the screen was full of about 200 of this same error. Over and over and over again.
@jimmylittle @marcoarment I’ve seen that dialog, and I don’t use 1Password.
@marcoarment @fmarini Well… it just really wanted you to know it quit, I guess? 😳
@marcoarment that was your limit went away 🤷🏻♂️
@marcoarment I have that all the time with 1password. It does not function, so I CTRL-Q safari getting this dialogue and after restart the plugin works until the next time.
@marcoarment What Finder really meant…
@marcoarment existential crisis.
@marcoarment do you use 1password? I get the error message when I quit Safari after I tried to unsuccessfully unlock 1password within Safari. I guess the culprit is the 1password helper app.
@marcoarment Time to use curl
