@knowprose It would be good to see a proper comparison of the two countries' investment priorities. China seems to place less emphasis on chatbots, more on machine learning apps. Proportionately less on data centres, more on "A.I." chips in devices.

And all of this assumes that the two countries are getting it right in the first place, which may not be true.

It's weird all over. But I point this out because it is not apparent for domestic ai users. The incentive of competition with China isn't seen.

And it is a big deal for them.
