Whenever I see people talking about eating garlic mustard (alliaria petiolata) I just think why?? I mean it's good to pull it up if you live in North America, it's horribly invasive, and if you want to eat it all power to you... But it just tastes so bad. I've tried multiple parts of the plant and different preparations, and it's just gross no matter what? There are other wild plants I would just much prefer to eat instead. 馃槶
