I haven't read the book, but the interview indicates good stuff.
Few people talk about "truth", few make themselves aware, fewer dare to live accordingly. Not a universal truth, of course, but a personal: being honest to oneself.
We subconsciously know what works for us and what not, what feels right to do and what wrong, what brings us peace and what not.
Deep inside, we know the path towards lasting satisfaction.
