Canadians In The #Fediverse ... whomst among us has registered a federal non-profit/not-for-profit (I can never remember which is which...) for a small technology op?

I'm looking for a way to be my own fiscal host without putting my personal bank account or home equity on the line. I'm a member and sometime director of a few NFPs but have never made one from scratch. ISED Canada basics are pretty straightforward, but what else has been done? By whom?
