I bought a game on #Steam which just crashed every time I opened it. So I requested a refund. The response I got was:

"Your help request appears to have been submitted from a cloud computing service provider. We will not be able to assist you with this specific submitted request for that reason. Please re-submit your help request from your normal computer network."

Wonder if they are going to realise I was connected to a #VPN when I purchased the game too. 😕
