@emmadavidson it was when the second of three steaming turds landed metaphorically on my plate that I gave up on not having coffee this afternoon

@simon I’ve had lifelong sleep problems, and I’m making an effort to get myself into better habits. Hoping that less caffeine at the end of the day helps after dark, but I’m pretty sure that’s not going to be it for me.

@simon to be honest, I’m just ticking the box for my healthcare provider to say I tried. I’m less concerned about my sleep habits than doctors are.
