Soy chai latte because it’s after 3pm. Let’s see if I can manage my caffeine intake better today than I did yesterday.

@simon I’ve had lifelong sleep problems, and I’m making an effort to get myself into better habits. Hoping that less caffeine at the end of the day helps after dark, but I’m pretty sure that’s not going to be it for me.

@simon to be honest, I’m just ticking the box for my healthcare provider to say I tried. I’m less concerned about my sleep habits than doctors are.
