Finished model. Added highlights (battle damage paint wear-through) to the edges of panels; weapons glow to the rotary autocannon and the lasers, and cockpit instrument glow (basic- those windows are too small for me to do anything more exciting; I just don't have the manual dexterity for it).
My improvement is slow, but I can zoom this image to larger than life size and not wince at all the mistakes (just one or two)!

It's part of my Monday night Aces mercenary group's assault element (apparently in order to convince me to paint my minis, you just have to tell me someone else is going to be piloting the mech this week!).
