@elettrona You haven’t really indicated why the stuff you named, which claims to solve your problem, doesn’t. So it’s hard to suggest something that has a feature you want or doesn’t have a problem behaviour. “Go beyond Wordpress” isn’t much to go on.

“Manageable by spam filters” means what? It is more permissive by using a captcha, but offers a way to filter? I think Akismet is a service that will help there. But that’s not self hosted.

Accessibility in front and back end: front ends are often very customisable. So what is the accessibility gap on the front end now? Most software is terrible at accessibility. So what are your top complaints about the back end accessibility.

You might want to see what they are running at what https://degooglisons-internet.org/en/ offers as their replacement for Google Forms. They are an online service, but a lot (everything?) they offer online is open source you can self host if you want.

@menelion I found it, and keep it till it works. I've learnt not to trust centralized services any longer.
I'm just wondering if I can find something better, which prevents me from being invaded by spammers. Or I could set the traditional "name-nospam@domain.tld" with the specification "if you are an alive being, take "nospam" off. Otherwise f-ck yourself

@paco Akismet is centralized. And for "going beyond WordPress" I mean something I can rely on, which I can implement once, and then link to, regardless of the platform I'm using. With all the #WpDrama there's been around, WordPress could even decide to make everything paid and close the wordpress .org within a year or two. Not said it does, but they could decide, if they find convenience in it.
That said, I'd need something I can manage, and which is accessible - many form builders are full of drag and drop mouse only, not manageable with keyboard at all.
