I have a saying that "Shellie makes everything better". And these workshops are absolutely taken up a level because of her cooking. Not only do we eat better than anybody else in the entire Arctic, but we get to stay in remote locations far from the crowds.

I remember the old days of trying to run these workshops and relying on local kitchens, and the usual choice of "salmon or reindeer"... and OMG we are so lucky to have Shellie in our lives.
