Is there a case to be made that #TypeScript is Good Actually, rather than being just a corporate kluge on top of another corporate kluge (in a trenchcoat)?

@woozle while there is no type safe in the JS, or at least a good type annotation (similar to python), it’s worth using it. But I agree that a good 30% of Typescript is pure #MicroSlop garbage.
