They plan to fully fund this promise by reinstating the two-child benefit cap. This gives an insight into the minds of Farage's heartless Party, & the lengths they will go to if they think there's a few votes in it. This heartless policy would be paid for by returning 450K children to poverty. Reform have already demonstrated their heartlessness by their treatment of care home residents, now they propose to increase inequality in an already inequitable & cruel society.
