Buckwheat is a lovely field crop. We have it in some field rows amongst sunflowers. Once summer finally kicked in, the sunflowers are catching up.
We lost most of our grapes to late frosts, cherries got really messed up early on by various violent weather shifts, but it's looking to at least be a bumper year for pears and apples about the orchards.
And try as I may, I can never get that elusive Homer Simpson Tomacco in the greenhouses to happen. Tobacco, tick, tomato, tick, tomacco, doh.
