@mcnado aside from various munitions like flash bangs, pepper balls, stinger balls, saf smoke/green and orange colored smoke… CS, OC and HC are what has been confirmed to be used in Portland. HC 100% being the worst of it and causing the worst side effects, including people passing out and vomiting. This stuff is awful
