Yesterday, I referenced my belief that the best, most precise, indeed most lawyerly language for describing and discussing what is going on in the U.S. now is going to be fierce, intense language. Apparently the judge who just ordered Liam Conejo Ramos’s and his father’s release from an ICE concentration camp in Texas agrees.
