Aaand static sites work through the proxy now. The implementation is... skeletal (the static server address is hardcoded), but it works.

So far:
- Reworked scripts to be global, rather than account bound.
- Reworked the API to hide all uuids, and address everything by name instead.
- Taught the proxy to initialize iocaine configurations from the db.
Next up: teach the proxy how to handle static sites. Then: re-build the HTML UI.

I can now log in via the HTML UI... kind of. The error handling is trash, but the login appears to work.
Time for a nap.
Login, logout, and the profile (view) page works. Might do profile edit and the host pages too tonight.
And if I get there, then I have something I can deploy!
And if I manage to do ACME stuff for the proxy, then I might be able to spin up a VPS tomorrow, and move closer to launch.
I will likely continue with playing with ACME stuff. Had my fill of frontend-y parts for today, could use a bit of distraction.
