Ha! We waited and had searches done for the permit. After 4 months of this we cancelled the work request, because the permit office could not find the permit. We got a refund of our deposit. We called another person to do the job. Two weeks later he has the permit and will do the job the middle of next week. Bingo! We probably should not have been so patient, but people should probably have told us the truth of the matter sooner than they did. Ultimately we have a better price for the job. And we have learned how to conserve water and may even be in the habit.
